CHIQUEL  RETURN POLICY

All items sold by Chiquel are new and in unworn condition. We want each order you place to be made with confidence and ease. Care and Accessory Products, Liquids. Wig Stands and Headwear are not eligible for a refund. In any case where you are not satisfied, we permit within 45 calendar days on receipt of delivery, a full refund to the original payment method. As well we do not charge any Restocking Fees!

Every item returned is carefully received and examined to ensure it has not been worn or altered and that the original tags are still attached. Once the item is received in our facility, please allow up to five business days for an email confirmation of the refund status.

Products Eligible for Return Must Be:

- Must be returned by customer & received by Chiquel within 45 calendar days of original receipt of delivery to customer

- Wigs, Hair Additions (Toppers) in original factory condition

- Unworn, no brushing and scent free of tobacco smoke, food odors, etc.

- Unaltered (NO change in Factory Parting)

- Tags attached (NOT Removed or Cut and Reattached)

- In its original box, wrapping, net, etc.

Products NOT Eligible for Return:

- Care and Accessory Products, Liquids. Wig Stands and Headwear.

- Items exceeding 45 calendar days of return window on original receipt of delivery

- Items returned without tags attached as they were received

- Items altered and or washed

Please Note: We take internal quality controls very seriously and inspect every wig that is returned. Once we receive your return, please allow up to five business days to process the return.

An exchange/refund will not be issued if any of the above is observed, and the piece will be sent back to the customer. Any refusal of a package that requires a fee will be the responsibility of the customer. 

CANCELLATION or CHANGES

Cancellations are only available within 24 hours of order placement. NO Cancellations or changes are accepted after this time period.

From time to time, Chiquel may refuse a return request if we find evidence of fraud, return abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Chiquel to a corresponding counterclaim.
